Managing Director
With more than thirty years of experience dealing with manganese ore and different ferro alloys, Nilesh Kumar Sharma is the company’s promoter, chairman, and managing director. He has been with the QVC Group since its founding and is in charge of the marketing and finance departments. He has been crucial in promoting market scalability and export growth because to his solid academic foundation in commerce, intermediate chartered accountancy, and executive management from IIM Calcutta.
Pankaj Bagla

A seasoned investment and fund management professional with over 19 years of experience across stressed assets, asset management, financial due diligence, and real estate. Brings deep expertise in stressed M&A, special situations, fundraising, and turnaround strategies. Has held senior roles with leading organizations including Ernst & Young, KPMG, Edelweiss, and global investment platforms. Since 2019, leads a boutique advisory firm specializing in CIRP-led resolutions, stressed asset acquisitions, and strategic fund-raising. A Chartered Accountant with a B.Com (Hons.), known for combining financial rigor with practical execution.
Santosh Kumar Das
Independent Director
Santosh Kumar Das has over 45 years of vast experience in the iron and steel and ferro alloys industries, ranging from plant operations to project execution. He has been involved with two EOUs from the beginning to the end, leading and scaling operations for 100% Export Orientated Units. Project execution, ISO system installation, statistical process control, and cultivating leadership talent in the ferro alloys industry are some of his major accomplishments.
Mr. Esanoo Kanjilal
Whole-time Director
Esanoo Kanjilal, the company’s full-time director, has vast marketing experience in the ferro alloys and metals business. He has been with the QVC Group since June 2019 and is focused on scalability and market expansion. He is critical to expanding the company’s local and international footprint due to his prior experience at top industry organizations and expertise in both traditional and digital marketing.
Arun Kumar Mandal
CFO
Arun Kumar Mandal is the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, having been with the company since 2008 and taking on the role in January 2022. He has extensive knowledge in finance, accounting, compliance, and strategic planning. His leadership encourages scalable expansion and export-oriented enterprises. He also serves as a director on the boards of other companies, helping to promote financial discipline and good corporate governance.

Khushboo Singh is a qualified Company Secretary of QVC Exports Limited, bringing 8 years of cumulative professional experience, with the last 4 years contributing to the current organization. She has experience in corporate governance, statutory and listing compliance, and regulatory management. She plays a key role in strengthening the organization’s export and import footprint through effective compliance support. She is known for driving governance excellence, process optimization, and contributing to significant corporate achievements.
Abhiraj Kumar
